Güney Kore’de “yaşı biraz geçmiş ve kısa boylu” kızını evlendirmek için ilan veren milyoner baba, 4 günde 200 “damat adayıyla” karşılaştı.

Evlendirme ajansı Sunoo, 60′larındaki 107 milyon dolarlık servetin sahibi babanın, kızını evlendirmek ve ailesini yönetmek için genç bir erkek aradığına ilişkin ilan verdiğini belirtti.

İlanda 38 yaşında ABD’de eğitim gören kızı için “Yaşı biraz geçmiş ve boyunun çok kısa olması dışında her şeyi iyi” diyen milyoner baba 4 günde 200 adayla görüştü.
Babanın kızını evlendirmek için damat seçip seçmediği ise henüz bilinmiyor.

-Tuz ve karabiber

YAPILIŞI:

1- Patlıcanların baş kısımları kesilip alaca soyulur.Tuzlu suda yarım saat bekletilir. Yıkanıp kurulanır.

2- Yağda çevirerek kızartılır. Tepsiye yerleştirilip boydan boya,
bıçak alta geçmeyecek şekilde kesilir.

3- İnce doğranmış soğan, biber, kıyma yağ ile kavrulur. Soyulup doğranmış domates ile de biraz çevrilir. Tuz, karabiber, kıyılmış maydanoz ilave edilir.

4- Patlıcanların içine doldurulur. Üzerlerine domates dilimleri yerleştirilir.

5- Az su ilavesi ile yavaş yavaş pişirilir.

Not: Patlıcanlar enine doğranıp kızartıldıktan sonra üzerine aynı harç konup pişirilirse patlıcan oturma olur.
