MALZEMELER:

PATLICAN PÜRESİ İÇİN:

-6 patlıcan

-1 kaşık un

-1 kaşık yağ

-2 kaşık kaşar peyniri rendesi

-1 su bardağı süt

-1 avuç maydanoz

-Tuz, karabiber

KEBAP İÇİN:

-1 kg. kuşbaşı et (koyun veya dana)

-2 soğan

-2- 3 domates

-2 kaşık yağ

-Tuz, karabiber

YAPILIŞI:

1- İnce doğranmış soğan ve et, yağ ile kavrulur.

2- Soyulmuş ve doğranmış domates konup karıştırılır.

3- Su (2- 3 bardak) ilave edilerek etler yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirilir. Tuz ve karabiber atılır.

4- Etin suyu 1- 1,5 kepçe kadar olmalıdır.

5- Patlıcanlar ucundan başlayarak ocakta çevire çevire közlenir.

6- Kabukları soyulup incecik kıyılır.

7- Yağ ile un hafif pembe kavrulur. Patlıcanlar, rende kaşar, süt konup karıştırarak pişirilir. Tuz atılır.

8- Püre ile kebap servis tabağına isteğe göre yerleştirilip maydanoz yaprakları ile süslenir.
