-Bir kahve fincanı süt

-3 yumurta (1 tanesi üzeri için)

-Susam, çörekotu

-3 kahve kaşığı tuz

YAPILIŞI:

1- Un elenir. Ortası açılıp şekerli sütle ezilmiş bira mayası, yağ, yumurta, tuz konup yoğrulur.

2- Üzeri örtülü olarak ılık bir yerde mayalandırılır.

3- Ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalara ayrılır. Küçük simitler yapılır. Yumurta sarısı sürülüp susam, çörekotu serpilir.

4- Tepsiye dizilip orta hararetli fırında pişirilir.

Birçoğumuz kulağımızda zaman zaman biriken kirlerden şikayetçiyizdir. Hele bazılarımız bu birikintileri temizlemeyi takıntı haline getirir…
