MALZEMELER:

-6 yumurta

-6 kahve fincanı şeker

-6 kahve fincanı un

-1 kahve fincanı kakao

-1 küçük paket margarin (125 gr.)

-Yarım kahve kaşığı dövülmüş karanfil

-1 kahve kaşığı tarçın

-1 kahve kaşığı limon suyu ve rendesi

-1 kahve kaşığı kabartma tozu

YAPILIŞI:

1- Kalıp yağlanır, unlanır. Fırın yakılır.

2- Bakır bir tencerede yumurtalar ile şeker koyu yoğurt kıvamına
gelinceye kadar çarpılır. Limon suyu ve limon kabuğu rendesi ilave edilir.

3- Elenmiş un, kakao, karanfil, tarçın, kabartma tozu, erimiş yağ konup çarpmadan karıştırılır. Kalıba boşaltılır.

4- Orta ısılı fırında 35- 40 dakika pişirilir.

5- Soğuyunca kalıptan çıkarılır. Üzerine vanilyalı pudra şeker elenir.
