MALZEMELER:

-1 çay bardağı süt

-1 çay bardağı yoğurt

-1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ

-2 tatlı kaşığı kuru maya

-Yarım çay bardağı ılık su

-1 çay kaşığı şeker, 1 çay kaşığı tuz

-1 yumurta (akı peynire, sarısı üzerine sürülecek)

-Aldığı kadar un

-Küçük bir parça beyaz peynir

-7- 8 dal maydanoz

YAPILIŞI:

1- Tencerede ılık su içinde şeker ve maya eritilir. Süt, yoğurt, sıvı yağ ve tuz konup karıştırılır. Aldığı kadar un ile ele yapışmayan yumuşak bir hamur yapılır. Üzeri örtülerek ılık bir yerde iki misli oluncaya kadar mayalandırılır.

2- Maydanoz yıkanıp doğranır, rendelenmiş peynir ve yumurta akı karıştırılır.

3- Mayalanan hamur, üç parçaya ayrılır. Parçalar hafif unlanarak merdane ile tabak büyüklüğünde açılır ve altı parçaya kesilir. (Toplam 18 poğaça)

4- Parçaların geniş tarafına peynirli harç konup kıvrılır. Tepsiye dizilip bir süre daha mayalandırılır. Yumurta sarısına birkaç damla sıvı yağ ve iki çay kaşığı süt konup karıştırılır. Poğaçaların üzerine sürülür. İstenirse susam, çörekotu serpilir.

5- Fırında pişirilir. Fırından çıktıktan sonra biraz soğuyunca, bir tencereye konur. Yumuşak kalması için üzeri örtülür.
