MALZEMELER:

-10 bardak et suyu

-2 kaşık yağ

-2 soğan

-1 küçük kereviz

YAPILIŞI:

l-Sebzeler yıkanır, soyulur. Bir kaba rendelenir ve doğranır.

2- Çorba tenceresinde rendelenmiş soğan yağ ile pembeleştirilir.

Un katılır, biraz da un ile kavrulur.

3- Hazırlanan sebzelerin hepsi konur. Biraz karıştırılır.

Domates salçası ve et suyu konup pişirilir. Tuz limon tuzu, şeker atılıp 10 dakika sonra ateş kapatılır.
